  • The Treehouse Memoaril City (2014) - 10,000 sf, 2-story, award-winning double LEED Platinum office building (highest rated privately-owned LEED Platinum building in the nation) which houses MetroNational's Planning, Design and Construction departments and a 5,500 sf restaurant
  • Air Liquide Center North (2015) - 143,830 sf, 5-story, LEED Silver, Class A office buidling
  • Air Liquide Center South (2015) - 452,000 sf, 20-story LEED Silver, Class A office building

Broaddus & Associates | Dallas, TX | 06/2008-05/2011

  • Tarrant County Jail - 183,000 sf, $91.4 million, LEED Gold, maximum-security jail located in downtown Fort Worth which included 432 beds (288 single-cell beds for men; 48 single-cell beds for women; and, 96 medical beds for men)
  • Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Facility - 67,000 sf, $27 million, LEED Gold expansion and renovation of existing facilities that included a 3-level addition and upgrading existing areas
  • Rawls College of Business Administration at Texas Tech University - 137,000 sf, $70 million, LEED Gold, 3-level educational facility (Texas Tech's first project to achieve LEED Gold) 
  • Rawls College of Business Administration at Texas Tech University - 211,000 sf renovation of existing office tower, classroom building and auditorium to meet ADA and Life Safety requirements
  • Grand Prairie Sub-Courthouse, Dallas County - $6.1 million, 2-story sub-courthouse

Allegiance Development, LP | Dallas, TX | 09/2006-06/2008

  • Rayzor Ranch (Denton, TX) - planned a 600-acre, $850 million, mixed-use master plan anchored by JC Penney and Dillard's as well as a major power center anchored by Sam's, WalMart and Lowe's and featuring multi-family, single-family, medical, cultural and office uses; phase I was completed in 2008; guided the project through all land entitlements including City Planning Commission, Federal Wetlands, FEMA flood map revisions including CLMR and LMR applications, and SWPPP approvals
  • Village at Cross Roads (Fort Worth, TX) - Mixed-use development anchored by WalMart and including 97 1-acre lots and several out-parcel ground leases
  • Hawks Creek Village (Fort Worth, TX) - Re-development of old Air Force base land into a mixed-use development anchored by Sam's, Walmart, LA Fitness and several out-parcel ground leases
  • Hickory Center at Preston (Frisco, TX) - Walmart anchored center

  • University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center (Houston, TX) - 740,000 sf, $145 million, 21-level administrative office building housing medical and administrative departments and featuring complete interior build-out of 17 floors of faculty and medical office space and four floors of patient and staff amenities including a cafeteria, a health facility, conference and training facilities, a television/tele-health studio and a medical research library

MetroNational | Houston, TX | 03/2000-08/2004

  • Memorial City Mall - $300 million master planned renovation of mall and surrounding property including construction of four major department stores, ice rink, food court, restaurants and 550,000 sf of small shops (master plan included residential, hotels and office buildings)
  • Memorial Hermann Memorial City Hospital - $92 million, 9-story tower addition with new business office, main lobby, cafeteria, ER/OR suites, SICU/MICU and three floors of patient rooms plus back-fill renovation of existing facilities that were vacated after opening of tower
